Getting started
- How do I create my first proposal?
- Go to Proposals → New proposal. Fill in the title and client, add blocks (heading, text, image, pricing table), then click Save. Use Preview to see it as your client will.
- How do I send it?
- Click “Mark as sent” and copy the link from the Share box. Paste it into your email or WhatsApp.
- Can I reuse a proposal?
- Yes: “Save as template” keeps it in Templates; “Duplicate” makes a fresh copy with a new link.
Pricing tables and add-ons
- What is an optional add-on?
- A line item the client can turn on or off. Totals update live. “Pre-selected” means it starts checked.
- How does tax work?
- Enter a percentage in Tax rate. It is applied to the subtotal and shown as a separate line. Leave 0 for none.
- Which currencies are supported?
- Any ISO currency code (USD, EUR, GBP, BRL…), set per workspace and per proposal.
Sharing and security
- Can I protect a proposal?
- Yes: add a password and/or an expiry date in the Share box.
- What is tracked?
- Every open of the public link: time, IP address and browser. Your own visits while signed in don’t count.
- Is my data safe?
- Each workspace’s data is isolated; public links are served by the server and never expose other data.
Acceptance and PDF
- How does the client accept?
- They type their full name and tick the consent box. We record the name, time, IP, browser and selected add-ons, and the proposal locks.
- Is this a legal e-signature?
- It is electronic acceptance with an audit trail, suitable for most service agreements. It is not a certified e-signature (eIDAS/ESIGN).
- How do I get the PDF?
- Click “Download PDF”. A print-ready copy opens; choose “Save as PDF”. The last page is the acceptance audit trail. To remove the browser’s date/URL header, untick “Headers and footers” in the print dialog.
- Can I edit an accepted proposal?
- No, it is locked. Duplicate it to create a new version.
Plans and limits
Tier 1: 1 user, 10 templates. Tier 2: 3 users, unlimited templates, custom domain. Tier 3: 10 users, white-label, webhooks. Proposals are unlimited on all tiers. No monthly limits.
- How do I redeem or stack codes?
- Open /redeem and paste the code. Each extra code moves you up one tier.
