What we collect.
Account data (email, password hash, workspace name and branding); proposal content you create (text, images, prices, client names and emails you enter); acceptance records (typed name, time, IP address, browser) and view logs (time, IP address, browser) for proposals you share; basic technical logs to keep the service running.
Why.
To provide the service, show you who viewed and accepted your proposals, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data and do not use your content to train AI models.
Clients of our users.
If you received a proposal link, the person who sent it is responsible for your data; we store the view and acceptance record on their behalf. To access or delete it, contact them or email us and we will relay the request.
Where it is stored.
Our infrastructure runs on Lovable Cloud. Emails are sent through Lovable’s email service. We use no advertising trackers.
Retention.
Data stays while your workspace exists. Deleting a proposal deletes its blocks, views and acceptance records; deleting a workspace deletes everything in it within 30 days.
Your rights.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from the app or by emailing support@proposalkit.org. Residents of Brazil (LGPD), the EU (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have additional rights, which we honor on request.
Cookies.
Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language.
Changes.
We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify workspace owners by email.
