Terms of Service

Who we are.
ProposalKit is operated by [Operator], Brazil (“we”). These terms apply to proposalkit.org and the ProposalKit app.
Your account.
You must be 18+ or use the service through a workspace owned by an adult. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your workspace.
What you can do.
Create and send proposals, invite team members within your plan limits, and download PDFs. You may not use the service to send spam, illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
Lifetime plans.
AppSumo codes grant lifetime access to the tier purchased, including future updates to that tier, for as long as ProposalKit operates. Refunds for AppSumo purchases follow AppSumo’s refund policy.
Your content.
Proposals, images and client data belong to you. You grant us the license needed to host and display them to the people you share links with. Clients’ acceptance records are stored on your behalf.
Electronic acceptance.
ProposalKit records electronic acceptance (typed name, time, IP, user agent). It is not a certified electronic signature service; you are responsible for deciding whether this is sufficient for your agreements.
Availability and changes.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features; paid tiers will not lose core functionality (proposals, links, acceptance, PDF).
Liability.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, or for the content of your proposals.
Termination.
You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, after notice where reasonable.
Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers keep any mandatory rights under their local law.
